Carphone Warehouse illegally signed me up for a contract with O2 when you had to buy the iPhone through them at the time. They signed me up for a more expensive contract I found out and ended taking them to court and won. Do not use these chancers, and if you already have check your account details are exactly the same as the one you originally ordered. I won't be the first or the last they have tried to rip off.
