The revamped site aims to provide a broader service for shoppers.
Virgin is working with Kelkoo on the relaunch of the channel at Virginmedia.com in an effort to increase the number of consumers using the website, making use of Kelkoo's market position as a leading shopping comparison site.
Virgin will also benefit from access to Kelkoo's links with more than 500 retailers, including eBay and several top high street stores.
New features allow users to view editors' picks and deals of the day, as well as a free text search box to make page navigation easier.
The channel also includes a shopping search tool enabling consumers to compare the prices of products in more than 400 sub-categories.
Kelkoo is instigating a new growth strategy and will benefit from access to a wider audience and increased brand awareness.
Lloyd Price, marketing director UK for Kelkoo, said: "Consumers are a lot more advanced nowadays. It is not just a case of finding cheap prices. The site offers a general shopping experience with a deep and broad range of products."
