Stylist celebrates biggest issue with three London Fashion Week covers

 

'Freemium' women's weekly magazine Stylist is celebrating its biggest issue to date this week, with a trio of London Fashion Week covers.

The 120-page edition features ads from fashion brands Mulberry, Jigsaw, Fendi and Hugo Boss, as well as advertorials from John Lewis and L’Oreal Garnier.

Publisher ShortList Media, is reporting a 50% increase in ad volume, a 40% rise in pagination and a 68% increase in ad revenue, all year on year.

The three covers all feature model Alek Wek and the slogan "Fashion is power".

The issue also features six photo shoots, which Stylist editor Lisa Smosarski said was the highest number to date.

London Fashion Week starts on Friday (16 September) and runs until 21 September.

Stylist launched in October 2009 and targets female readers aged 20 to 40, with a focus on fashion, beauty and style.

The magazine has an average circulation of 426,396 copies according to the latest ABCs, a 0.5% increase period on period and a 1.2% increase year on year.
