Sky begins challenge to Ofcom's pay-TV ruling

LONDON - BSkyB will ask the Competition Appeal Tribunal (CAT) to delay the enforcement of Ofcom's decision to cut the price Sky can charge for its sports channels, until after the issue has been debated at a court hearing tomorrow (23 April).
