CBS Outdoor hires Gibb as business director in Scotland

LONDON - Outdoor media owner CBS Outdoor has appointed Michael Gibb, a former partner at Glasgow-based full service ad agency GRP, as its new business director in Scotland replacing Sean Duffy, who left the company to pursue other interests in December.
