Don't boob over colleague's sick leave

Q I'm a manager of a small team and one of my team members has a few personal issues regarding her appearance. Personally, I do not believe she has any reason to feel she has a problem. However, her birthday is coming up and as a present her boyfriend is treating her to breast enlargement surgery. She has told everyone at work about this and so it's no secret.
