Freesheets and Westminster Council agree on recycling plan

LONDON - Associated Newspapers' London Lite and News International's thelondonpaper have finally struck a deal with Westminster City Council over recycling, with each company agreeing to buy around 40 recycling bins for the borough, recycle the contents and carry out regular litter collections.
