The has been handed to Craig Harris, previously head of agency and specialist sales at Boomerang Media.
Previously Harris was sales director of SMG cinema advertising operation, Pearl & Dean.
SUBtv is a TV and website network which claims to reach 1.6 million 18-24 year olds every week (80% of all students in higher education and 30% of all 18-24 year olds in the UK).
The platform incorporates a national TV channel broadcasting across 700 plasma screens in 90 universities.
