The hub, which can be found at Myspace.com/digitaltalent, will contain a wide range of videos on advertising and creativity, as well as educational material for those keen to understand more about the internet.
It will also feature a blog that will be regularly updated with posts from agencies such as Mediacom and Mediaedge:cia, containing advice about how people can get ahead in the industry.
The site will also support the IAB's University Roadshow, which launches today and aims to spark a debate about the internet between 16 to 24-year-olds.
The online initiative has been set up as part of the IAB's aim to ensure that graduates entering the industry possess the knowledge and insight needed to tackle the digital world.
Stuart Aitken, editorial manager of the Internet Advertising Bureau, said: "The MySpace initiative is a big step for the IAB, and we intend to engage with our followers on a regular basis, providing inspirational content and real insights from those working at the heart of the industry."
