Habdank joins from pay-TV content company, Chellomedia, where he was general manager of Chello-on-demand.
In his new role, he will be responsible for the commercial management of company's on-demand TV service.
During his nine years at Chellomedia, Habdank also held several non-executive roles with CTAM Europe, Anytime PTE and an advisory role with African Trumpet Telecommunications Nigeria.
He previously worked for NTL and Zone Vision Group.
