Avatar, released on 17 December, will be supported by three phases of activity, booked through Vizeum, across the Bauer portfolio, including Heat, Grazia, Magic, Kiss, the Big City Network, 4Music, Kerrang, The Box and Q.
The campaign starts with a promotion encouraging consumers to view the full Avatar trailer to win tickets to the worldwide premiere of the film on 10 December. Bauer Media has commercial broadcast exclusivity for the full trailer and will show it across its music portfolio.
The second phase of the campaign will support the premiere, with exclusive coverage and ticket giveaways. Bauer's portfolio will also publicise the film up to the release date, with radio promotions, online takeovers and press advertorials.
