The new homepage allows users to customise the site with their local news settings, weather and sports scores. The site's search facility has also been rebuilt.
The site also features enhanced regional news sections, such as sections dedicated to the Middle East and Latin America that will incorporate local language feeds in Spanish and Arabic.
CNN is integrating iReport, its user-generated section, into the main CNN.com section. The enhanced CNN iReport will feature a curated section front, updated by CNN producers to ensure latest content is more accessible.
