The site will charge from £19.99 for one month to £59.99 for six months access to profiles of single men and women. Condé is trialling an introductory free trial offer, giving new members' unlimited use of the service for seven days.
Condé Nast Digital UK will sell banner advertising on the site to create further revenue. The site will be operated by The Dating Lab, the dating site provider.
Emanuela Pignataro, country manager of Condé Nast Digital UK, said the company has been exploring the online dating sector "for some time".
In July, James Bilefield was appointed president of Condé Nast International's new media division, replacing Stefano Maruzzi. Bilefield was formerly chief executive of OpenX, the open source advertising platform.
At the same time, the division was renamed Condé Nast International Digital.
