To give advertisers broader campaign reach, VideoEgg ToGo will allow advertisers to use VideoEgg's design, ad-serving and reporting capabilities outside the VideoEgg network.
The network currently includes Reuters, Elle and Bebo.
For the first time, VideoEgg ads will run across third-party sites outside the VideoEgg network, such as ESPN, Guardian and Bounty, eliminating third-party rich media fees.
Troy Young, chief marketing officer, said Carat and Mindshare in the US were currently testing the new offering.
The VideoEgg network attracts 100 million unique visitors across more than 900 video, gaming and social network websites.
VideoEgg works with agencies on brand campaigns in the UK such as BMW, Coca-Cola, Sainsbury's, British Gas and Visit London.
