The relaunch aims to expand the online service from a job site into a career portal, and encompasses more video and social media tools.

Despite the difficult jobs market, TMG reports strong growth in users for its online recruitment service, with application rates reported to have increased by 250% since January 2008.

During the same period, more than 110,00 CVs have been uploaded to the site.
In addition to linking jobseekers to jobs, Telegraphjobs carries sections on interview training and CV tips, as well as relevant industry sector news and sector specific forums for user interaction.

Anne-Marie Worden, head of recruitment at TMG, said the revamp was part of the company's commitment to invest in the recruitment market, and added its "fresh look and personalised functionality" should attract even more job hunters and provide advertisers with "the best return on investment in the industry".

Launch advertisers include Peugeot, BPP Business School, P&O Cruises and Disneyland Paris.

Telegraphjobs is integrated with the main Telegraph website, with jobs widgets embedded into Telegraph.co.uk offering users with vacancies relevant to the content they are reading.

The site will also feature daily Business Bullet programmes from Telegraph TV.
