Gregory and I agree that radio needs to be multi-platform and forward-thinking, and we wanted to help companies be just that.
Two years on, we are about to launch the first of our nine new DAB multiplexes, we work with great stations such as Jazz FM and NME Radio, and we've just pushed our children's radio station, Fun Kids, nationwide on DAB.

Turning Point: Matt Deegan, creative director, Folder Media
My career turning point was...when I left my job as strategy executive at GCap Media to develop Folder Media with former colleague Gregory Watson. At GWR and then GCap, I had a job I really enjoyed, getting to play with the best train set in radio. However, post-merger it was clear the focus would be on "restructuring" rather than doing "new" things - and it seemed a good time to move on.
