Prior to joining WFCA, Lloyd was responsible for new business at WDMP, after stints at TBWA\Manchester and at Momentum Worldwide.
The role at WCFA was previously filled by Crook, who joined from integrated financial agency Tangible in April, but is now said to be pursuing a career in the charity sector.
WFCA's chief executive, Michael Richards, has been focused on bolstering the agency's management team, following its acquisition by Ekay in April 2008.
In December, WFCA, promoted its media director and co-founder of MediaCom, Bill Jones, to its board.
Other moves since the acquisition include Stephen Wise being promoted to group business development director, former Aegis man Steve Latter being made finance director, and Nigel Palmer becoming client services director.
WFCA clients include AXA, Bathstore, Ocean Finance, The Perfume Shop and ToysRUs.
