The new formats will be available across Adconion's online video network, launched last September. They will initially focus on in-banner video, evolving into new video player formats over the next few months.
Other new products include banner video ads within standard online ad formats, such as banners and MPUs, without the need for any additional technology add-ons. Other new additions include click-to-play, expandable and auto-stream ads. Advertisers also have the option of pre, mid and post-roll ads and overlay ads.
Adconion will provide publisher clients with its proprietary video player, which can be integrated into websites to run video ads and other video content. All Adconion's publisher partner sites have been pre-tested to support its video advertising solution.
Adconion, which was founded in 2004 as EuroClick, has its headquarters in London with offices in Germany, France, the US, Canada and Australia. The company delivers online ads using its own technology.
