At Getmemedia.com, Benton will focus on expanding the company's commercial opportunities. He has worked in sales and marketing for a range of blue-chip companies, most recently as a consultant for Coca-Cola and Kimberley-Clark.
Benton replaces Sarah Perry, who joined AOL as head of direct client sales for Platform-A.
Reah will work on developing Getmemedia.com and the company's communication with the 6,000 agency planners and marketers signed up to the site.
Before joining, Reah was sales communications manager at Nestlé Confectionary. She replaces Joe Lamb, who left the company to pursue other opportunities.
Rutter will be responsible for its Get Me Insight programme, which provides planners and marketers with insight and training from the various industry bodies.
She has worked on both sides of the marketing divide, in the media team at Nestlé and as a planner at media agency OMD.
In the last three months, CBS Outdoor, Mirror Group, Turner Media Innovations and Trader Media Group have all signed up to place new opportunities on the ideas site.
