Corcoran, who joins from ZenithOptimedia's Newcast where he was strategic partnership director, takes up the position this month and will be responsible for developing new business and closer relationships with planners and clients in the youth sector.
The role complements the position of VBS director of kids, Bobi Carley, who oversees the Nickelodeon brands.
Corcoran will report to VBS director of insight and planning Agostino di Falco.
