The team was set up in June with the appointment of Dan Gimms from Microsoft as EMEA sales director to sell regional and global cross-platform campaigns to agencies and clients.
James Applin, formerly at TradeDoubler Group, joins the team as a sales manager, as does Steve Fitton, who worked at Microsoft in the EMEA trade marketing, multinational account management and creative services teams. Sophie Ward also joins as a sales manager from major outdoor player JCDecaux.
The ad network has also appointed three sales executives - Kayleigh Britland, formerly at Microsoft, Kimberley Hessey from Meridian Outdoor and Roseli Anael Ferreira Da Silva, who comes from an operational role with Advertising.com.
The new hires bring the EMEA division up to capacity, with experience from many sectors of the media landscape.
The new team will also be working with Adconion's new online video service that launched last month offering pre, mid and post-roll ads, as well as inventory that runs alongside the video content.
