Kenwood will sponsor ad bumpers on the show, made by production company The Last Word, promoting its new electric mixer and the company name will be included in the show's titles.
The programme stars Eric Lanlard, "cake maker to the stars", who will travel to Ireland , France and throughout the UK to demonstrate the "deliciously indulgent art of dessert and cake making".
As well as the Discovery Network of channels across Europe, the show will be shown on TV3 in Ireland and broadcasters in the USA and Asia.
Neil Osborne, managing director of The Last Word, said brands should see ad-funded programmes as fundamental to reaching TV audiences. He said today's TV climate means more brands can take advantage of the format from an economic and creative perspective.
