AdGent007 opens Chinese market

AdGent 007, which has established an office in Beijing, will manage international advertising sales for SinoTech Media's network of Chinese publishers, while SinoTech Media will, in turn, represent AdGent 007s global publisher clients in the Chinese market.

It is hoped that the move will ensure that Chinese visitors to local and international publisher websites will be served relevant advertising while helping publishers and advertisers maximise revenue.

Cameron Yuill, founder and chief executive of AdGent 007, said that the partnership would increase the worldwide footprint for publishers and advertisers seeking a premium audience.

There are more than 200 million people online in China, with spending on the internet exceeding $8bn in 2007.
