Future has appointed Helen Forsyth as senior ad manager, heading the ad team for the publisher's cycling portfolio. Forsyth has been with Future for eight years and previously managed a team in the automotive sector.

Dan Brown has joined Target Media as an account manager, working across theatrical and home entertainment clients. He was previously in MediaCom's entertainment division. Meanwhile, Vanessa Vakirtzi has joined Target's new digital division after a year at Carat, where she worked on the EMI/Virgin account.

Advertising.com has promoted Mike Peralta to US-based vice-president of the northern region in North America from his position as managing director of Western European operations.

Affiliate management specialist R.O.EYE has appointed Philip Hunt as non-executive director. Hunt spent six years as chief executive of interactive communications agency Wheel, prior to which he was chief operating officer at systems integrator and e-business specialist Catalyst Solutions.

IPC Southbank has hired Isobel McKenzie-Price, editor of Time Inc's US magazine All You, as editorial director of Ideal Home and the online homes portal the division is launching next month.

Kate Willbourne has joined Clear Channel Outdoor to work as a client/agency account manager. She joins from Publicis Blueprint.

Absolute Radio has appointed Susie Hall as financial controller for the soon-to-be-launched Jack-FM and its sister station, Oxford's FM107.9.

Thomson Directories has promoted Jill Pringle to head of marketing, reporting to product and marketing director, Gary Brown. Pringle was previously usage marketing manager.

Initiative has appointed Debi Hickey as an account manager

working on the Tesco account. Hickey joins from MediaCom and will report to account director Simon Kennett.
