After a successful year-long sponsorship and promotions deal, in which the company sponsors TalkSport weather bulletins, the arrangement has been extended for another two years.
The deal, brokered by Ashwin Saddul at TalkSport and Chris Higgins at Planet, will evolve the sponsorship and on-air promotions to reflect the different seasons the company caters for, such as air-conditioning in the summer and heating systems in the winter.
Andrew Sykes will also have a branded online weather page on the TalkSport website, www.talksport.co.uk.
The deal, which is aimed at the station's predominantly male audience, will run throughout the Euro 2008 football championship and the next Olympic Games.

UTV Radio's TalkSport has renewed its sponsorship deal with equipment specialist Andrew Sykes in a seven-figure deal.
