Emap Elan Network's young women's style magazine Looks is to change its name to Celebrity Looks with the new June issue published from May 1.

The name represents a total shift into the booming celebrity market. Emap Elan launched Looks 15 years ago as a specialist fashion and beauty magazine and it now sells 132,032 per month which represents a slip of 3.7% in the lastest ABC figures placing it well behind the sector leader and stablemate More! magazine which has a circulation of 305,344. Editor Margy Conklin said that the circulation was stable but that editions with free gifts had sold far better. A new logo has been designed to go with the new approach.
