Interpublic buys Brands Hatch

 

Interpublic is set to buy Brands Hatch Leisure for £120 million.

Brands Hatch Leisure chief executive Nicola Foulston will join the Interpublic board and manage the business through IPG’s subsidiary Octagon, which already holds the World Superbike Championships at Brands Hatch.

The deal will also allow Brands Hatch to embark on a £75 million spending spree as it attempts to buy race tracks abroad.
