Freederm sponsors ITV1's 'Take Me Out'

Freederm, the skincare brand, has been unveiled as the sponsor for the second series of 'Take Me Out,' the dating game show presented by Peter Kay's 'Phoenix Nights' sidekick Paddy McGuiness.

The sponsorship was brokered by Freederm's full service agency Bray Leino for a high six-figure sum.

It includes 20 different idents, made by Bray Leino, which feature unlikely contestants and plays on the method used by the show to reject suitors by turning their lights off.

The activity builds on Freederm's sponsorship of Channel 4’s last series of the long running reality show 'Big Brother' and youth-focused drama 'The Vampire Diaries', which is shown on ITV2.

Martin Allison, media director at Bray Leino, said: "Take me Out is must-see programming for Freederm’s target audience who will be watching in large numbers on Saturday evenings."

As part of the deal Freederm is also the sponsor of the official website www.itv.com/takemeout, which is produced by TalkbackThames Digital.

In May Freederm signed a significant deal to be the official sponsor of series 11 of 'Big Brother'. The sponsorship, planned and bought by Bray Leino, included ad bumpers created by the agency that were screened before and after breaks on Channel 4 and E4.
