Who is the team leader?
Jo Tomlin, who is fuelled by Starbucks coffee and an "I'll keep asking questions until we get the result we want" approach. She usually only shouts when the builders are being particularly noisy outside the office. The unflappable Emma Morgan oversees the day-to-day pitch work, making sense of the team's maelstrom of ideas.

What's in your in-tray?

The results of the latest IPA survey, which was a positive endorsement for the groundwork AOL has been putting in this year. There is also a tonne of Q1 briefs from clients interested in the sites we are launching in 2010, a sewing kit, some luncheon vouchers and a couple of old Platform-A biros.

Where do you get inspiration from?

We draw on our random talents outside work, which include psychology, rowing, running, electronic engineering and parenting.

Media we can't live without?
Ollie loves Wired magazine; Alex is never parted from his iPhone; Corin has 809 Facebook friends; Carly's online must is www.ted.com; Emma loves ITV2's What Katie Did Next, and Jo Tomlin never misses ITV's Cops With Cameras.

Preferred lunching venues?

Our office is temptingly close to Charlotte Street, so we are spoilt for choice. Most days, we have a healthy lunch at Itsu or Tossed, but the occasional trip to Ultimate Burger on Tottenham Court Road takes some beating.

Most memorable night out?
Our team drinks to celebrate a major partnership with Boots, which revealed a mutual love of mojitos, '80s pop tunes and their corresponding dance moves.

Advice to graduates?

Devour all forms of media, ask loads of questions and make friends with the facilities department - they will sort your BlackBerry, deliver your trade press first and ensure a never-ending supply of biscuits for meetings.

If we ruled the world...

Everyone's homepage would be an AOL site and Hugh Jackman would be hired to facilitate brainstorms.
