Cory joins the group after six years at branded editorial agency Coast, where he was client service director.

He will work with agencies and advertisers to exploit the full potential of commercial partnerships by using all Telegraph platforms, including print, online, mobile and online TV.

Before joining Coast, Cory worked at Starcom MediaVest Group on accounts including Johnnie Walker and Lego.

Separately, The Daily Telegraph has launched a campaign in collaboration with Sony, in which nine amateur photographers who won a competition in the paper will photograph a series of football matches in the UK, France, Italy, Australia, South Africa and Argentina.

Dubbed "Sony Twilight Football", the campaign is designed to promote Sony's new low-light photography range and highlight the brand's partnership with Fifa and Uefa. It will use all Telegraph platforms, including Telegraph.co.uk and Telegraph TV.

The photographs taken will feature in a 16-page supplement in The Daily Telegraph on 26 September.
