Number of people in your team? Thirteen, servicing six different areas of sales: London agencies and clients direct, TV and ambient, business development, international, classified and research. We also have 23 BA Media sales offices around the world.

Who does what?

Justine Daly, commercial director, heads Cedar's whole sales operation. Tim Barber, sales director, runs BA Media day to day. Jonathan Cupper, business development manager, creates unique and innovative media opportunities for our clients and works with British Airways to expand our media offering and ensure our products are cutting edge. Nicky Faux and Helen Hristopanos handle our international sales. Daisy Davidson manages BA Partner sales and is ad manager for High Life. Matt Blay is ad manager for Business Life and coordinates our TV sales. Jennie Edwards is First Life advertising manager and, along with Colin Saunders and Amanda Lockerbie, form our London agency team, with Amanda also managing our ambient sell. Chris Rayment heads our research department, ably supported by Sam Jones-Parry.

Who is the biggest character and why?

We have two larger-than-life characters, Colin and Nicky. Colin, our resident Essex lad, is the best-dressed guy in our team and offers a traditionally Knees up Mother Brown application to selling on the streets of London. Nicky has a laugh/cackle louder than the fire alarm: enough said.

What is your office atmosphere like?

Service with a smile. The Cedar offices moved in February from Mayfair to The Strand. We'll be closer to all major UK agencies, which should increase our stalking abilities, so watch out. What stands you apart from the rest of the industry? Our multimedia portfolio and the ability to touch the BA passenger at every part of the journey process: print, ambient, TV, direct mail, digital, radio ... the list goes on. What does it take to get a job in your team? Apart from good looks and charm? Energy, intelligence, proactivity, passion, a liking for banter, persistence, and the ability not to be "just another sales bod". How are staff encouraged to hit targets? We offer a great benefits package and good commission structure, along with a recent popular incentive to win premium BA flights. All this, along with traditional pats on the back and well dones. Where do you all let your hair down? The Living Room, Heddon Street, but now we have moved to The Strand, who knows? A whole new world awaits us.
