Bundock departs IPM for Kinetic role

Colin Bundock, buying director at outdoor agency IPM for 17 years, has left the company for rival Kinetic.

He will now manage trading across the company's UK business, leading a team of 20, and will report to trading and investment director Nick Parker. Parker will continue to oversee UK trading with a focus on providing strategic trading insights to clients and agencies.

Bundock's appointment follows two other high-profile hires at Kinetic in recent weeks.

Nick Mawditt joined as global director of insight and marketing with a bid to drive planning research into consumer lifestyles, while Suzanne Hodgins joined from Manning Gottlieb OMD as UK planning director to enhance planning processes across the company.

A key part of her role will be to lead the development of Kinetic Academy, the company's proprietary planning system.
