The off and online account will be focused on driving customer acquisitions. All media activity will be aimed at new entrants to the managed buy-to-let property market and experienced investors looking to expand their portfolio.
Equi=Media is now going to increase its media presence from national and specialist press into outdoor advertising and promotions. It will also carry out natural and paid-for search activity to drive people to the Imagine Homes website. This will be supported by direct response and online brand advertising.
Andrew Burgess, managing director of Equi=Media, said the agency had picked up the account following the integration of its direct and digital services last year.
Last month, Equi=Media won the online and offline media for business software firm Sage (UK).
