JCDecaux strengthens sales team

JCDecaux has appointed former Maiden national sales director Max Eburne and strengthened its sales team with new hires and promotions.

Eburne joins as associate director, one of seven members of the sales management board which reports to sales managing director Spencer Berwin.
He will work in the central trading unit, headed by Daemon Brown.
Joining Eburne and Brown on the sales board for the first time is Janice Fernandes, promoted for her work heading the company's £50m high-end large formant business.
Director of national sales Jamie Lindsay has increased his current responsibilities to include working more closely with outdoor media agency Kinetic.
The other board members are David Lambert, in charge of developing relationships with agencies, and Yoko De Souza, head of client sales.
Decaux has recruited two more staff from Maiden, which is currently up for sale and faces an uncertain future.
Rupert Fenton and Gemma Aherne have joined the team working on Decaux's contract with Tesco. The company sells advertising on Tesco TV and holds the contract for six sheet posters in 350 stores. Richard Ludlow Elston has also joined the Tesco team, from Sky Media.
