Movers & shakers

Customer publisher Cedar is reorganising its senior team. The changes come after the departure of Cedar's managing director, Jules Rastelli, who is leaving to pursue new projects. Deputy managing director, Clare Broadbent, becomes managing director; editorial director Mark Jones takes on responsibility for new business and strategic development and Justine Daly, director of British Airways Media, takes on the role of commercial director.

Future has three new appointments. Nicola Truman (pictured) joins from IPC's Connect & TX divisions where she was head of ad marketing.

Truman becomes head of research for Future's newly restructured department.

The move follows the promotion of Andrea Alway, who has been made an assistant publisher for Future Living. Truman will develop research projects and raise awareness of the department.

Future has also appointed Terri Davey as corporate responsibility manager. The role will see Davey oversee corporate responsibility policy across Future's four operating territories in the UK, US, France and Italy. Davey moves into the role from her position as head of group communications.

Media by Design, the media arm to full-service agency Nexus/h, has taken on Alex Ponsford as media planner/buyer.

Ponsford joins MbD following previous posts with Starcom MediaVest and Mindshare.

Integrated global research company KMR Group has appointed Annette Nazaroff as executive vice-president. Nazaroff will be responsible for development of the business in the Americas and the expansion of KMR's Global TGI offering.

Nazaroff joins from Mindshare Asia Pacific where she was director of consumer insights.

Brand agency Brandhouse WTS has appointed Gemma Kay and Jonathan Samuel as managers in its business development department. Kay joins from the Design Business Association where she was business development manager.

Samuel joins from Corporate Edge, where he was a business development manager in corporate communications.
