The campaign, which is for the residential homes brand of Taylor Woodrow, follows a five-way pitch that included PHD Compass and Space and Time.
Manchester-based Mediacom North said the account win took the agency's total new business wins this year to over £16m.
The account, which was previously held by CLBM, is mostly based in the UK with a small proportion in Spain.
Mediacom North managing partner Declan McKenna said: "The Bryant’s win continues an excellent year for Mediacom North. We are very excited to get the chance of working with such an established name."
