Time Out, the arts and entertainment listings magazine, has announced additions to its staff. John Luck joins as marketing director of Time Out London from Coca-Cola and Mandy Martinez , a former marketing manager, will be taking the post of marketing director for Time Out Guides .

Eve , BBC Worldwide’s women’s glossy, has appointed Angela Brown as advertisement manager. She joins from NatMags, where she was ad director on Zest, prior to which she worked on She and Company .

Chris Vannozzi  will join the Cosmopolitan Group as group promotions director on 22 November. He joins from the Luxury Group, where he is the promotions director for Esquire .

Hachette Filipacchi UK has announced two promotions in its marketing department. PR manager Sue Asbury is promoted to head of PR and Jess Blake is promoted to the role of PR manager from PR officer.

All Response Media has promoted Ian Burke from media assistant to media executive and Dylan Moss from senior planner/ buyer to media manager.

Children’s charity, Afasic, has appointed former Post Office chief press officer Alan Whitt to head its media relations and campaigns.

Vitesse Media Plc, the AIM listed publishing and media group, has appointed media sector specialist Chris Ingram of The Ingram Partnership to the board as a non-executive director and raised £500,000 from shares taken up by him and his family.

Health and fitness media owner, QJ Media, has appointed Karen Whelan as head of sales to develop both the agency and poster specialist sales team.

Whelan recently left Ad Media where she was poster specialist sales director.

Slam TV, the mobile entertainment service provider, has appointed Phil Makinson as chief operating officer. He will focus on developing mobile content and service propositions for partners, as well as exploring other distribution mechanisms for licensed content.
