There have been several senior changes on What Hi-Fi? Sound and Vision, the hi-fi and home cinema title. Michael Grace , has moved from being sales manager of The Ultimate Guides to ad manager of What Hi-Fi? Sound and Vision and The Ultimate Guides. Chris Hugall has been promoted from senior sales to assistant ad manager on both these titles.

Media Square has announced the appointment of Robert Essex as executive chairman of the company. Nigel Bacon steps down as interim chairman but remains a non-executive director of the company.

Profero, the independent digital marketing agency, has appointed Nick Blunden as client services director to replace Simon Burgess, who recently left.

Blunden joins Profero with over 10 years’ client services experience mainly as an IBM consultant working closely with blue chip clients to develop business and marketing strategies in the communications, consumer goods and financial services sectors. He also brings client side experience to Profero having most recently held the position of broadband product and marketing manager at the alternative communications provider Energis.

Jason Langley has been appointed to the board of Twofour Productions as commercial director, responsible for international programme distribution, secondary rights exploitation, advertiser funded programming and Twofour’s home video business.

Gill Kingston has joined The USP Group to head its new events division, USP Live, where she will fill the role of director of events. Having worked in events and promotions within Kiss FM and The Chrysalis Group, she has also held account director roles within youth lifestyle communications agencies and, most recently, been international promotions manager for the Ministry of Sound.
