MediaCom North, Feather Brooksbank, Hachette Filipacchi, NatMags, and IPC Connect.

MediaCom North has appointed Mark Watts as senior media executive. He will be working in the broadcast department on a range of accounts, including Halewood International, Taylor's Tea and Injury Lawyers 4U. Watts joins from MediaVest Manchester.

Feather Brooksbank has taken on five graduates across their three offices. Katy Leeson and Niusha Koucheksarai in Manchester, Danielle Jeffrey and Katie Connelly in Edinburgh and Michael Courtney in Glasgow all are media assistants. Peter Jennings has been promoted from senior sales executive to special projects manager at PR Week. Jennings has been with PR Week for two years and in his new role will be responsible for maximising sponsorship revenue for the live events side of the portfolio.

Hachette Filipacchi UK has announced a series of changes in its circulation, subscriptions and trade marketing department. Following the recent appointment of Tamsin Larcombe to the newly created position of subscriptions marketing manager, Piers Tooley has been appointed circulation and trade marketing manager and joins the company in October. He is currently working as circulation manager for Hachette Filipacchi titles at Marketforce. Prior to his current role at Marketforce, Tooley worked in the IPC Circulation department managing titles such as Now and What's On TV. Nola Whiting has been promoted from circulation and trade marketing executive to deputy circulation and subscriptions manager at Hachette. Whiting will work closely with both Tooley and Larcombe in developing HF-UK's news-stand and subscription strategies.

Di Roach has been appointed as assistant publisher on NatMags's CosmoGirl! and Cosmopolitan Hair & Beauty.   Roach takes over from Judith Secombe, who will be assuming her new role as publisher of Red magazine in September.

IPC Connect has appointed Sheena Harvey as editor of Woman's Weekly. Currently deputy editor of Chat, Harvey replaces Gilly Sinclair who moved to edit Chat.
