IPC Country & Leisure Media has announced a reorganisation of publishing responsibilities.

Publishing director Angela O'Farrell's portfolio is expanding to include Amateur Photographer, What Camera and What Digital Camera, Railway and Aeroplane magazines.

Meanwhile, Alex Robb is appointed publisher of Amateur Gardening, Angler's Mail, Cage & Aviary Birds and Bird Keeper. In his new role, Robb will report to publishing director Hamish Dawson. Both appointments are effective from 1 June.

Ian Burke (pictured) has been promoted from media executive to media planner/buyer at All Response Media. Burke has been at ARM for almost two years and works on accounts including 888.com, Churchills, Empire Direct, Firebox and Screen Select.

Also at All Response, Dominick Holmes has been promoted to senior media planner/buyer. Holmes has been at ARM for three and a half years and works on accounts including Readers Digest, The Mortgage Lender, Music and Memories, JML and Country Holidays.

Judith Secombe has been appointed publisher of Hachette Filipacchi's Red magazine from her position as publisher of the National Magazine Company's Cosmo Girl and Cosmopolitan Hair and Beauty, a position she has held since 2002. Prior to publishing the Cosmopolitan branded titles, Secombe was commercial director for NatMag's women's home & lifestyle group for two years.

EuroNews has promoted Michael Peters to managing director from his position as deputy managing director. He will be based at the channel's HQ in Lyon, France, reporting directly to the president and CEO, Philippe Cayla. In his new role, Peters will continue to pursue global promotion for EuroNews, while maintaining the channel's identity and style. He will oversee most aspects of EuroNews from finance to distribution.
