The pair will be joined by more than 60 leaders from the UK’s media owners, media agencies and client-side marketers to judge this year’s celebration, which takes place on 24 October, 2013 at Grosvenor House, London.
Categories of this year's awards include: Agency of the Year, Sales Team of the Year, Media Idea, Media Brand of the Year and Rising Star.
Grant said she is "delighted" to be involved and Hatch said he was "very proud to be co-chairing with Linda and celebrating media's most talented and creative at the most fun night of the year".
He added: "With excellence in media more important than its ever been The Media Week Awards are the biggest, best and, sometimes, brashest of the year."
Grant has been in her current role since March 2011, with responsibility for Metro and its sister brands 7Days in Dubai and Metro Herald in Dublin.
During a distinguished media career, Grant has held senior positons in the newspaper and radio sectors, including the role of managing director of the national commercial division of Capital Radio Group in 2002.
Hatch is one of the UK media agency’s best known agency leaders, having helped shape the WPP agency since its inception in 2002 to form one of the most innovative and celebrated agency’s of the last decade.
