No2av, the organisation set up to oppose a switch to the AV voting system, takes out ads in The Times and The Daily Telegraph laying out reasons readers should vote against the proposition.

Christian Aid takes out a double page spread in The Guardian, urging readers to help it get to the "root of the problem" of poverty.

Age UK prints an open letter in The Daily Telegraph addressed to the House of Lords ahead of a debate over an increase to the state pension age. The ad quotes worried supporters who feel "the goalposts have moved" as they approach retirement.

Comedy Central takes out a full-page in The Guardian, The Sun, The Independent and The Daily Mail to advertise the last two episodes of 'Two and a Half Men'.

The show was axed after actor Charlie Sheen, who stars in the American sitcom, had a high profile falling out with one of the show’s producers.

Amazon.co.uk meanwhile takes out an ad in The Independent advertising the Man Men series on Bluray, asking "Not addicted yet?".

Sainsbury’s advertises season four of 'Mad Men' on DVD in The Times.

NatWest promises to help more UK business start-ups this year than last, with an ad in the Daily Mirror. In the Daily Express the bank promotes its customer charter.

Talk Talk takes out a full page in The Sun to promote an offer for a half-price phone and broadband package.

Waitrose advertises Mother’s Day flowers in The Daily Telegraph, offering free delivery over the weekend.

And The Daily Express offers readers the chance to win an iPad 2 with a cover promo panel.
