The award has been established to recognise the potential of an individual, aged between 25 and 35, working within the communications industry, to be a future leader of the sector in the UK and internationally.

Lennox has been invited to take part in a two-week tour of India this month, along with the award's three other finalists, where she will meet young Indian communications entrepreneurs and leading figures from India's communications industry.

The winner of the award, chosen by a panel of judges including the IPA's director of professional development, Patrick Mills, will be announced at an awards ceremony in February.

Before starting Trinity in 2007 with her partner Simon Timlett, Lennox spent seven years at Omnicom, rising to head of digital for Manning Gottlieb OMD and OMD UK.

Trinity clients include LA Fitness, WWF, Alton Towers, Majestic Wine Warehouses and Sling Media.
