The portfolio, which includes 7,900 48-sheets and 700 96-sheets, will be transferred to Primesight from 1 September, making it the second largest billboard player in the outdoor market.
It will almost double Primesight's total inventory of outdoor sites, taking its 10,515 sites, across malls, gyms and roadside, to 19,515.
The deal adds particular weight to Primesight's offer of 48 and 96-sheets, which have increased from 184 and 27 to 8,084 and 727 respectively.
It is understood that some staff may move to Primesight from Titan as a consequence of the sale, but no details have been confirmed.
The bulk of Titan Outdoor's estate is concentrated in the rail and malls environment and those areas are understood to be the focus for the company moving forward.
