Andrew Moore, head of trading, has been promoted to the position of head of agency sales. His previous roles included business development manager at IPC Media, National Advertising Manager at FPC Magazines and agency sales roles at Freeserve and Guardian News & Media.
Toby Morris takes the role of head of premium sales, where he will be responsible for all AOL's network of over 40 owned and operated sites including AOL.co.uk, indie music site Spinner and men's lifestyle blog Asylum. Morris was previously head of category sales but will continue to lead the category sales team.
Robert Blake takes the role of head of performance sales, driving efficiency across the network. He was previously head of agency sales.
All three will report to head of AOL Europe Kate Burns. Former Bebo vice-president and managing director of Europe, Burns took on the broader remit to manage AOL's UK business following the departure of UK and Benelux managing director Michael Steckler last month, as revealed by Brand Republic.
Last month Brand Republic also revealed AOL Advertising's sales director Sarah Perry left the business as part of the company's voluntary redundancy programme.
Burns said: "These promotions reflect the great opportunity we are capitalising on to build out innovative and creative advertising solutions for our clients as we create richer content to engage with our premium audiences."
