Categories reflect the size of budgets: Niche (less than £250k); Medium (£250k-£1m); and Large (more than £1m). They include sales pitch, media brand, sales team, media idea, international campaign and media agency, as well as media innovation, collaboration and best research initiative.
Judges are looking for a big media idea, no matter what the budget or category, and the insights and evidence of effectiveness that follow from that.
There are also two judges' categories: the Grand Prix and rising star of the year, the shortlist for which is being generated from Media Week's 30 under 30 initiative.
