All go at All Response with key business wins

In a hectic five days for All Response Media, the agency last week won the £3m planning and buying account for Empire- Direct.co.uk, negotiated a sponsorship deal with ITV sales and announced plans for a management restructuring.

EmpireDirect.co.uk is an online electrical retailer and ARM will be responsible for its online advertising as well as offline activity across all media.

ARM won the business alongside its Euro RSCG partners, EHS Brann Leeds, who will handle creative and data work.

Meanwhile, ITV Sales announced that gambling website 888.com is to sponsor all programming within the car and lifestyle strands on satellite chan-nel Men & Motors. The deal was negotiated by ARM director Michael Court and ITV Sales business development manager Tom Langshaw.

The package includes on-air promotional credits and branded trailers.

Internally, the ARM management has been restructured, with managing director Andy Sloan becoming the agency’s first chief executive and director of digital Collin Gillepie moving up to the vacant MD position.

A third promotion sees Emma Stears, formerly media manager become associate director.

Sloan said: “Colin has been doing more and more in terms of proactive ideas within the business the changes will give me more time to look at the strategic direction of our business.”
